anyone who has owned a cat or had a friend with a cat knows you dont make quick movements around it, you dont throw anything at it and you dont make any loud noise at it or it can be set off. its just their natural instinct. if he wouldve just sat there and those people wouldnt have been so dumb, it would've pawed him a couple more times and most likely walked away. it definitely wouldnt have done what it did if it wasnt provoked the way it was. and there is a small fence, a couple feet of grass/shrub and then another wall. he must've been really dumb to accidentally fall in. and if he's mental, why the fuck wasn't anyone taking care of him?
