Well, he had balls. But, bad decision. If you are going to fight a guy with a gun and you have nothing you basically have 2 options.
Wait for a chance to grab the gun, and then don't let go until you have broken the guys fucking arm. -OR- wait for a moment to sucker punch him. It has to be a single knockout blow though, are you will be dodging bullets. This guy tried to take out the guys legs and failed. But, even if his kick had BROKEN the guy's leg, he still could easily have shot him. Big mistake. Lucky to live.

Dammmm. He did not even freeze or lock up. Yo..he's the man! Brave guy! But he got lucky this time. Could of been worse to a bullet in the head or stomach. He could be a Combat Militant.
