Paraguay, D. L. U. G. (33) was welding the tire of a truck when suddenly the wheel exploded and caused serious injuries to his face, which were fatal for the worker.

Crazy. Its tough to tell if the arc was initiated before the tire exploded. Trying to repair the rim with the tire still full? Unbelievable. I'm sure as soon as he blew through the rim that was it.
