In Pekanbaru, Riau province, Indonesia, a 24-year-old welder, Hendri S.H., was decapitated when an air compressor exploded at the motorcycle workshop where he was employed.

According to the workshop's owner, Hendri was tidying the workshop up, and wanted to move a drum to the front of the workshop. Then, the victim told the workshop owner that the drum would be welded and combined with another drum that had oil residue in it.

A few minutes later, the workshop owner heard an explosion, and when he came to investigate, he was met with the grisly scene.
