Weird Off-duty Cop Shoots and Kill Surfing Teacher That Hit Him with His Bike

Brazil, An off-duty civil policeman shoots and kills a biker yesterday (15), after the two had a heated discussion moments before at a gas station.

The policeman was identified by investigators as R. F. G. and the biker, a surfing teacher, A. R. C., 45 years old.

The discussion at the gas station ended with the policeman firing into the air, according to witness reports.

After the shooting, considered by the off-duty cop as a warning, the policeman "walked" home.

Video showing the policeman with his gun in his hand when he arrives walking in front of the condominium where he lives. At this point, he is hit by the surf teacher riding his bike.

The two fall to the ground. They fight and before getting up, the policeman shoots A. R. C. in the head. He then kicks the victim's head removes the biker's helmet and tries to swing at him with his gun. Then the officer tries to climb the gate but in the end he forces his way through the gate and enters into his house.

The policeman was arrested. Investigators seized a pistol and a revolver at his house.

The Homicide Office and the Civil Police Department investigate the case.
