~ Some inexperienced speeding driver, on a already late rush schedule mission, & on an unfamiliar road caused this accident. ~ He was probably substituting for another driver & the boss chose him because he was the only one available. ~ It could also have been the most common cause, a cheap boss who never wants to pay for brake maintenance costs.    |
