Born still in womb. They could have burst the sack to let it breathe otherwise it is going to suffocate to death. It looks pretty close to full term- I guess with the non medical staff around the kid has no chance.

Tragic. Hard to tell what gestation but it isn’t moving. Poor mother. It’s a pain you only know when you’ve been there.

I’m surprised they didn’t break the sack just to see if it could take a breath. The baby likely didn’t stand a change without a good NICU, but still, I would have had to have freed it from the fluid at least.
