Could be real, the body won't stop breathing until the nerves from the brain are cut, or it drowns. He either passed out very fast, as was said above, or he really didn't struggle very much, and it's hard to say if there was actually enough blood spilled. Raises questions of it being a fake, but a very convincing one if it is.  |
