It works both ways like two sides to a coin, this could either be viewed as propoganda or a recruiting tape like many of the beheadings we see, or....rather this is a warning to any opposition saying... "This is what happens to traitors or anyone who defy us." Quite the effective method I would think.

Definitely the most brutal beheading I've seen so far. It's just everything about it, from the slow cutting, quality of the video, the sounds, right down to the sparkling climax of the spine-chopping. Absolutely crazy!
