Re: *WAR CRIME* Turkey-SNA Terrorists Kill Wounded Soldiers in Hospital Bed
You have to “zoom out” and get a better picture. The US doesn’t have to do that. It has its proxies commit atrocities, supplies them with funding, training and the weapons they use to commit these atrocities… Like the mafia boss. He doesn’t kill his enemies personally, he has others do that. And even this is not totally true, because the US doesn’t shy away from dropping bombs or missiles that end up killing civilians indiscriminately (see Hiroshima, Laos, etc.). Getting smeared in shit is inevitable during war. |

Re: *WAR CRIME* Turkey-SNA Terrorists Kill Wounded Soldiers in Hospital Bed
Although the U.S. is a signatory to the Geneva Convention, it doesn't recognise the International Criminal Court which is the only body that can prosecute war crimes if the state itself won't. The U.S. prosecutes offenders domestically, through the War Crimes Act of 1996 as well as through articles in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The War Crimes Act and UCMJ could always be repealed, and other countries might get mad but couldn't really do anything about it. |
