Looks like a 9mm. entrance wound in the lower jaw, the bullet could have ricocheted down towards his torax or back towards his cervical vertebrae so there would not be an exit wound.

its like they didnt see (or want him to panick about) the puddle of blood under his head/neck, indicating a bleed from somewhere other than the hole we saw in his lower jaw area, like an exit wound? seems whoever was on scene there had absolutely no experience or knowledge of gunshot wounds
I thought that too and then someone moved and I realized it was a shadow.......I think
