Waiter Kills Councillor and Stabs Restaurant Owner and Customer
A waiter killed a councillor with a stab wound to the neck and injured two other people in a restaurant on the Camocim waterfront, Ceará state, Brazil, where the waiter worked. The councillor, identified as Cesar Araújo Veras, 51, couldn't resist his injuries and died. A man, identified as Euclides, who owned the restaurant, and a customer, identified as Fábio, were also injured in the attack, although both are reported as not being at risk of dying. After the crime, the waiter was arrested and taken to the Granja Regional Civil Police Station (DRPC). There is still no information on what motivated the crime. |

Maybe he was paid/told by some cartel/faction to do the dirty job or else he would've been the one getting a nice treatment from said criminals. It's Brazil afterall.
