I think the reason there was no blood is because its a survival mechanism of the body. I have read of and heard of people who lose there arm in a quick many (such as in the vid) and the blood vessels constrict because the arm is by all standards "non-vital" which stops them from bleeding to death....the body knows how to survive.....
The blood vessels in the body are elastic normally to continue the process of moving a slug of blood from the heart throughout the body. But when an arm, hand, etc. is torn of or some tearing form of amputation, the vessels contract back from the wound site and effectively seal off a major amount of the bleeding that would be expected otherwise.
