On the evening of January 14, Hung Yen Provincial Police announced that they are mobilising forces to urgently apprehend a suspect connected to two particularly serious murder cases that occurred consecutively in the area.

According to initial information, the first incident took place earlier that afternoon in an industrial park area. At that time, a woman was attacked and died at the scene. Based on evidence found at the site, authorities suspect this was a robbery-murder.

After committing the crime, the suspect used the victim’s motorcycle to travel to Lạc Đạo Commune and continued committing crimes. There, residents’ security cameras recorded a woman being attacked by the suspect right in front of her house. After causing the death of the second victim, the suspect quickly fled the scene.

The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Kiểu Ngọc Anh, who has since been apprehended.

You never know when a sociopath has noticed you. Most do nothing but occasionally one acts on their feelings. Makes you want to stay inside.

That person was likely been following her and picked up her schedule and knew her routine obviously they knew she probably swing by the bank or something and robbed her or knew she had something vulnerable like expensive phone for example like a iPhone you get the idea the fact is they didn't even bring a partner to steal her bike cuz I'll be too obviously they wanted wherever she had it may have been jewelry or something they had knew she had it I know I've been bothered before and I have confirmed that I was being bothered before being robbed or lazy all law enforcement didn't want to investigate properly but when the spec more from Fresno Police Department as I said back when the instant took place related to me I said well if it ain't Hannah Montana they don't probably care you know like some rich or famous you get the idea and since they can't make money off of criminals what's the point of looking into it but people usually father you and get to know your routine before they rob you poor lady
