Yup: The incident happened around 6:10 p.m. on May 9, 2021. At that time, many people on Dinh Liet - Gia Ngu street, Hang Bac ward, Hoan Kiem district (Hanoi) discovered a man standing on the roof of Rex Hanoi hotel at 42-44 Gia Ngu street. This man in white shoes stood on the roof of the building for nearly 30 minutes outside the railing. Although there were many people shouting for advice, the man suddenly jumped from the top of the building to the ground. Upon receiving the news, the authorities arrived soon after and determined that the man was dead. It is known that the 11-storey Rex Hanoi hotel is closed to prevent COVID-19 and currently has no guests. Currently, Hoan Kiem District Police are investigating to clarify the cause of the incident. |
