Let's not forget that the Viet Cong used children as suicide bombers, presenting American and South Vietnamese soldiers with the choice of either being blown up, or shooting a child in self-defense.

The U.S. used fighter squadrons (jets)(F-105's I think) to deliver napalm during the war. The planes in the video were not jets. The way it was delivered was not typical of a U.S. strike either.

It was South Vietnamese Airforce planes, i can agree with the above, the way they delivered the bombs was not a typical US strike.
