Initial information said that at about 6:10 on May 15, at Km122+450 National Highway 26 through Street 9, Phuoc An town, Krong Pac district, there was a traffic accident between a truck with control plate: 47C-100.68 driven by driver T.M.D. (born in 1987, residing in Hoa Tien commune, Krong Krong Pac district) was traveling in the direction from Ea Kar district – Buon Ma Thuot city, to the above location when it collided with a man who suddenly rushed into the street. As a result, Mr. L.V.V. (born in 1976, residing in Phuoc An town, Krong Pac district) - who rushed to the street died on the spot. After receiving the information, authorities arrived at the scene, regulating, guiding traffic and investigating the cause of the accident.
