News Saturday, May 17, 2025, 19:30 (GMT+7) A truck drifted and crashed into a person waiting at a red light and died LAM DONG The driver stopped the truck on the side of the road to withdraw money but forgot to apply the handbrake, causing the vehicle to drift freely, hitting and killing a man on a motorbike who was waiting at a red light on the afternoon of May 17. At more than 5:00 p.m., driver Phan Van Cong, 33 years old, from Nam Dinh, drove a truck on Highway 20 from Bao Loc City to Da Lat. When arriving at the intersection of Ly Tu Trong and Tran Phu streets, B'Lao ward, the driver stopped on the right side to go to the other side of the street to withdraw money. |
