I reckon it's a fixed gear with no brakes. The rider was an enthusiast of the style. You can't stop in an emergency. The bike is built for speed IMO. Yeah on the light and same goes for a helmet but it's Vietnam. You can fit a family of 3 on a scooter. |

Was his head down the whole time? I'm not understanding why he didn't try and veer, not straight for the tree!  Also terrible traffic free for all. Traffic lights could work.  |
