There was only one person hit. The thing that went flying was a bag or some other object that the person was carrying. Look closer.

The Driver surrendered himself to the nearby police station. He underwent an alcotest, and he was found not to have consumed any alcohol. It is believed that the accident occurred because the driver felt asleep while driving!!!! Nevertheless, we pray that the victims rest in peace and we pray that God give the families of the victims patience. |

Nevertheless, this incident should not discourage anyone of you to visit Mauritius. Mauritius is a paradise island with beautiful nice people, of different religion who are living in Peace, Justice and Liberty. Mauritius has the best beaches in the world.
