In Germany we use "Kevin" as a nickname for very stupid white trash kids, as Kevin is a name preferred by the lower classes.

I am a huge Nascar fan and have been watching this sport for 30 years. I understand it is common for racers to get out of their cars to confront another racer. Spotters or not, this is a dirt track and very different then a tarmac. Kevin Ward was out of his car in 30 seconds after a caution flag. These cars didn't even have a chance to throttle down completely not to mention if you watch the video, Kevin Ward is moving up and down the track. It was 100% his own fault. Everyone is up in arms that Tony Stewart is going to race today in Sprint cup. He should race, this is his job and this accident was not his fault in anyway. There has to be some sort of accountability on the part of Kevin Ward.

I hate to criticise the guy but what was he doing getting onto track during the race?  He was asking to be hit! What a horrible situation. RIP to the guy and I'm sorry for his family's loss but that's a waste of a life for me, couldn't have chosen a more foolish way for his life to end.  |
