The video is from China Tiktok. It is a video recorded by an underwater camera salvaged by a Chinese rescue team. The deceased was a male wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, and Nike sneakers. The drowning person's body stiffened, and the salvager put a rope around their feet and used an inflatable bag to help them surface.
