This is an old video from Britain, late 80s, early 90s at most. It was actually on the news. Showed a bailiff and some coppers trying to evict a hermit type guy off some land. The hermit pulled out an old revolver and aimed it right at the bailiffs chest, the guy just kept on talking. Next thing the hermit shot the bailiff, killing him and then took some shots at the coppers. Hit one of them in the arse as I remember.

Did you see it on the news, or was it some Faces Of Death/Banned From Television type video? If you actually saw it on TV, and it's that old I wouldn't even know where to start looking.
