Nowhere in my post did I argue that cops shouldn't use lethal force. I'm saying there's been cases in the past where cops have been sued for using less than lethal force by perps with lawyers who argue that if they had to get it on, they should have gone all out, or not used force at all. If you read carefully, I'm actually AGREENING with you that if a cop forced to use a gun, it should be used in a lethal way, even if my reasoning for it is not the same as yours.

This has nothing to do with race. This situation was a criminal with a gun who pointed it at a police officer.

If he was white, black, yellow or purple it doesn’t change the facts.

And this happened in california, not in texas.

Yet if he pointed the gun at officers in texas, I would expect him to be dropped anyway.
