A Very Circus Strangulation
Strangled by her own safety rope. I guess squeezed tight enough blood might be drawn like this, but I wonder if the jerk from her fall didn't bust up the inside of her neck somewhere. Like when they miscalculate the rope length to weight ratio with too long a rope/drop in a hanging execution--decapitation just being on the extreme end of that mistake's possible results. |

Re: A Very Circus Strangulation
I think both.. Remember they perform at heights - rope tangled around her neck, fell from a height, snapped her neck.. the force of that caused the bleeding I guess.. I could be wrong and I am open to be corrected !! |

Re: A Very Circus Strangulation
This woman is alive in the video. She's sitting up on her own in parts of the video, at :08 she reaches up to the cable on her neck, and at :15 you hear her speak, very hoarse, damaged voice. Then, once the light is on her face at :25 you can see her eyes are open. It's entirely possible that she died after this, but she's alive here. |
