Ussually homeless man are sex offenders... To be able to kill someone like this is hate this kind of dedication comes with hate.. The type of hate a parent will take action if mess with someones kid. Sex offenders get out quick and most times they have to commit a serious felony to be able to be prosecute.. Like rape for example.. Yes they have to rape to be in jail and wont do more than 9 months.. And get protection from goverment to prevent situations like this. Not saying that he did but all but who knows..
