A 20-year-old woman, Yessica A.S.P., of Venezuelan nationality, was shot and killed on the night of May 4th whilst getting on a motorcycle. She was carrying her two-year-old nephew, who survived the incident unscathed and was rescued by a passerby. It is presumed her murder was done as a settling of scores.
