A 30-year-old Venezuelan national, Christian M.M.A., was standing by his motorcycle when he was approached by two men on a motorcycle, and was shot dead. After the burst of gunfire, a voice is heard shouting: "We are the Gallegos."

Just two blocks away, a second man was shot. The victim's vehicle was immobilized in an area where construction work was being carried out, which facilitated the pursuit and subsequent execution.

Residents said that both crimes are related and that the victims allegedly participated in extortion payments to businesses in the area.
