Probably pretty fast, at least judging by all the shit he was reported to have careened off of. My guess is that the halfsies victim got partially caught under the vehicle and grinded along the curb. Their pants look a lot more torn up than their shirt, so their legs might have been caught under the vehicle while rest of them was on the sidewalk. Also, one of the witnesses at the scene slipped in an "Allahu akhbar," so this was probably some sort of ISIS operation.  |

He was sentenced to 60 years (21 before eligible for parole). His attorney asked for a four-year sentence, claiming he had a seizure prior to the crash(es).
