Nope. You can film freely in any public place, and anyone there cannot object, as they are also in a public place. That's how the Paparazzi work.
It might be in bad taste, but it's legal. Just like the videos of the Las Vegas shootings.
And it is VERY rare to see U.S. gore. A good catch for the poster!
