I was trying to figure out what was on her face and it looks like the butterly style Band-Aid that holds gaping wounds closed. And there are several on her face. Also, there is bruising all over the fiancee. She was brutalized. The 15 year old girl on the floor still had a black tank top on. Based on what the news said, the woman who has the tattoos worked for FedEx or UPS and was engaged to the murderer. She had a 4-year-old son. She was very beautiful alive. It looks like he beat the living shit out of her. The young girl who is 15 on the floor was also very beautiful in life and looked like she tried to look like the fiance. Maybe she looked up to her, or was her younger cousin, and wanted to spend the night. Maybe they were related to one another. The guy was said to have drugs in his system and be in a psycosis, but it said nothing about them being on drugs. Maybe a little girl who is 15 was being mentored or looked up to the fiance. maybe she came for a sleepover and he tried to sexually assault her, the fiance tried to stop it, and he beat them but it's horribly and then shot them to death. For her to have butterfly sutures around the house says that he is beating her severely before. I think they use those on boxers to close up and gaping eye wounds that would need stitches.

Butterfly stitches, also known as Steri-Strips or butterfly bandages, are narrow adhesive bandages that are used instead of traditional stitches (sutures) to close small, shallow cuts. These adhesive bandages aren't a good choice if the cut is large or gaping, has ragged edges, or won't stop bleeding. (Google result)
