I did I just can't tell from the video if he's shooting back or if the guy just keeps pumping him even after he isn't moving.

After watching this quite a few times I've noticed that you can see that the final shot where his shirt seems to lift up is the one that took his face off. In fact you can actually see parts of his face land above his head. You have to watch the video that Spamwich posted on Page 3 in which he corrects that camera twist that makes it hard to focus on the final shots. You'll also have to watch it on full screen to really see what I'm talking about.

That's the thing... English didn't originate in the US. There is a huge world beyond the USA and people spell things differently outside of it. There are also MANY members here that are not American. Making fun or criticizing someone for spelling a word the non-American way when it's correctly spelled where they come from is very... American. We Americans have a bad habit of thinking the American way is the only way when we are one of the youngest countries on the planet. Mostly everyone else who speaks English has been using the English language longer than we have existed.

Don’t get down on me, I didn’t make fun or criticize anyone. All I said was the US doesn’t spell ‘defence’ that way in response to another who said “In English/Commonwealth countries the correct spelling is "defence".”

In many places "self defence" will allow you to stop the threat, and that's all. If you've stopped the threat, continuing to shoot might just get you a murder charge.

Exactly, we still have yet to hear if the rent-a-cop will be charged, as of now the DA has not filed charges but only time will tell.
