US is another country that's have the right to kill, make sure the person is dead, even that person already can't react, can't move, they can continue to unload the whole barrier / cartridge. No just to injured but they kill a person and don't need to be responsible because they were threaten and its his duty.

There’s a reason why that happens. If you stop shooting at somebody whom you’ve injured, AND still has a loaded gun in hand, chances are extremely high he’s gonna shoot back, even if injured. It’s happened enough that it is now part of Police protocol. Think about it… |
