Re: Usa - Security Guard Shot Man Who Pulled Gun
Well, depending on where you are when you do that (meaning laws differ by location) you might get yourself into big trouble. In many places "self defence" will allow you to stop the threat, and that's all. If you've stopped the threat, continuing to shoot might just get you a murder charge. |

Re: Usa - Security Guard Shot Man Who Pulled Gun
Bollocks! That security guard shot multiple times and still got shot in the leg, which very easily could have hit him or a customer in the head. And after that, he was still moving (and crying like a little bitch). So, enough is never enough. |

Re: Usa - Security Guard Shot Man Who Pulled Gun
Apparently the security guard was hit in the leg (multiple news sites, if you just Google ‘Philly security guard’). I’m guessing this is what prompted him to finish him off with a shotgun. |
