Even if I am wrong on that tiny little detail, it doesn't let you off the hook. From the moment the gun is placed into your hands, you have to consider what you will do with it if you ever have to use it. When the time comes, shooting to incapacitate should be a reflex.

It's not murder it was self defense. He was black goddammit meaning he was out to rape and kill any and all women plus those two guys. If they didn't protect themselves they and any and all women in the area that night would have had their assholes stretched to hell and back. These guys stopped a murdering rapist before he could do what black guys do.
