1.)Thugs are not on the government payroll being funded by tax dollars (unless you count Umptray, which I do)

2.)A thug's job is not to protect the citizens of their jurisdiction.

3.) It's the police's job to defend the public against thugs, not to kill indiscriminately. Gone are the days when cops could kill anyone and the public would just take the word of their public relations mouthpiece that it was "an accident" or "that the suspect looked like he was reaching for a gun". Granted, there are times when that DOES happen and a killing is justified, but there needs to be accountability.

EVERYONE, not just blacks, should hold the police to the highest standards possible.
