Explosive breaches are ������ logical for a hostage situation. Reason being you can't have waisted time on a failed breach with mechanical options like a ram. i was talking about call of duty (since most ppl love cod mw2)like explosion breaches(a big square with some c4 to breach even walls not only doors).american SWAT DO USE shrapnell stun grenades,flash grenades and tear gas grenades not frag granades(typicall army grenades),theres a HUGE DIFFERENCE.SWATs purpose is to save lives including trying, when they can, arrest the hostage taker.not kill everyone there.please google it.if youve played any of the SWAT GAMES(3 OR 4)or rainbow six, youde knew exactly when and why they are used.any type of mechanichal ram is rarely used.FYI im not any swat expert but i do know about what happens when the negociators cant do anything else or any hostage taker starts killing hostages.i had classes in college exacly about criminal mentalety in an hostage situation and 12 years in assisting in any way i could in 7 hostage takers situations that ive been involved.BTW im not american.im from europe.i am correcting you, not trying to offend you in any way.
