That was a dumb move by both. Dumb for taking off like that and dumb for shooting the driver like that. He crashed into a house, lucky no one was killed in that house.

Kidnapped  You're ignorant as to what the definition of the word is. The idiot jumped in there voluntary, and no one forced him to go in. Once the car started moving and he chose to not jump out, that's called facing the consequences of your poor choices in life. He didn't give the guy even a full second between warning him and unloading about half a dozen bullets into him IN THE BACK. Definitely not a real man.
