Negligent police. No need for this. Truly, the cop needs some years in jail for his crime.

If the dumbass did not create a life threatening situation by running on a highway, he wouldn’t have been zapped.

Procedure wise, the officer should have started handcuffing him prior to informing the suspect he was under arrest. Once a desperate idiot hears that, he’s like a lost doggy on the highway.

Another useless dangerous hippy dead. Had he been allowed to run and roam, he would have caused a pile up.

Instead he went to road pancake tryouts!

Give this officer a medal for saving lives.
