There’s an ocean of difference between negligence and murder. Murder requires intent. Negligence is carelessness and stupidity. I hope you’re never on a jury deciding someone’s fate because you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Having a warrant for your arrest doesn't automatically make you a criminal. Plenty of people walk from charges after being brought in on a warrant.

Don’t be a moron. Next time he could shoot someone who’s not a criminal bc he’s an idiot. And you don’t know this man’s crime. He may have failed to show up to court after accidentally failing to yield bc they sent the letter to an old address.
