It is SOP/protocol. There have been many instances of a wounded perp, with multiple GSW’s & uncuffed, who shot police officers after being shot themselves. When a suspect is high on PCP, they almost ignore being shot. My husband was involved with a perp who was tazed and shot multiple times…… bitch never went down until he was body slammed.

Standard proceedure in every police department. People that have been shot in the past have been known to still have weapons on them and use them even in a weakened state on police officers. Yes it's unlikely, but why take a chance. The perp doesn't need his hands or arms at that point anyway. This is common sense knowledge, but you wouldn't know that because you work at Burger King and are not risking your life everyday like a real man.The only thing backwards is your inexperience in life and death situations. Leave the neutralizing and rounding up of scum criminals to the professionals, and keep flipping your beef and plant based burgers and everything will be fine...  |
