Country has been at war since Alexander the Great, most of the time, with itself. Even if we do leave (ISAF), more people will die then if ISAF was still there. If you were there in 2001, when the Taliban was popular you would agree. Also, I did leave, on my own accord.

In the army we have what is called SOP Standard operating procedure, it varies in each AO (area of operation) Something as simple as sombody approaching troops quickly is enough to warrant being killed. The SOP is based off the threat pertained in the area, and other details. You dont have to have a gun to get greased, in 2005 if you stood near a road with a cellphone while a convoy passed you were getting mowed down.
