I know it sucks & takes time, but you shouldn’t link videos because in the future all the cool videos eventually disappear. Then you go click on a kewl tittle to watch a video & BAM it’s empty… no video… It is not a rule to upload videos & images, but this is a high quality site & this sweet video should be seen by all who feel up to it. If we want everyone for generations to come to see these videos you have to download to video & upload it… It wastes a lot of time, but it’s worth it for everybody… sometimes you gotta ask chris if you waste a fuckload of time uploading a file, only to end up telling you that it’s too big to upload!!!

Step 3.5: decrease video size if necessary by converting to mp4 ( ex. http://www.handbrake.fr <---shrinks videos without loss of quality)

Step 4: upload video to DocumentingReality

Step 5: post & allow the whole universe to see for eternity
