An unidentified woman was shot dead by a motorcycle-riding man along 12th Avenue in Barangay 90, Caloocan City on Tuesday morning, Oct. 24. The Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) said the victim was found lying on the street with a gunshot wound in the forehead by a passerby at around 5:30 a.m. The witness reported the incident to the officials of Barangay 90, who then sought help from the CCPS. Police investigators reviewed the closed-circuit television footage in the area and discovered that the victim and the suspect rode a motorcycle together. The victim got off the vehicle when they passed through the street. She was suddenly shot by the suspect. Police said the victim was around 35 years old and was wearing a white shirt and pink shorts. Authorities are currently looking into the identity of the suspect and the motive behind the killing. The incident is still under investigation. |
