They’re notorious for being non-compliant with their meds. You see the same issue in bipolar. And once ur off the meds, ur in no state to take the meds u need. There are compliant patients but I’d bet that a lot of them have support systems looking out for them. This dude needs to be institutionalized in some form or another. The black boxes in his brain etc that u referenced = paranoid schizophrenia. So who knows what he thought the victim was up to. But he’s clearly out of control and should never be free again.
