First the difference with suïcides video's. Most of those dumb fucks don't know how to make the right gallow knot, causing them to suffer (for your own pleasure & enjoyment, don't teach them the right one

So...
If you look closely you see the guy on the right rope kicking with his legs 'until he reaches the top'.
On this point his neck breaks when its touches the wood.
The rope got suddenly pulled much tighter, his body got blocked by the wood so a lot more force is applyed on his neck.
He suddenly stops kicking his legs.

-When you watch closely to the hanging of the pregnant woman you notice a few things. First you see that the guy (who first grabs her tits) later on holds the woman down on the moment they getting pulled up. So using his own weight to break her neck instantly or at least make the rope tighten around her neck much harden than just from her own bodyweight, the (possible) breaking of her neck paralyses her body but she stay's alive.

That's why I questioned it. She hangs like she's being held by her back, not her neck. But it could also be her back muscle stayed contracted, which is likely since she's probably been in the habit of countering the weight of her belly.
