This is so weird, why record and broadcast your warcrimes? So does Russia intentionally want to have the entire world hating them even more? What is the endgame here? In cartel and isis cases it's to serve as a warning and intimidation but what's the point here. Already saw the video on reddit, one of the few things that almost made me nauseous. I live next to Russia so this just hits home. |
