Ukraine - Decapitated Body in the Road After Accident
On the afternoon of 23rd November 2020 in Kharkov (Ukraine), a man died in a road accident. The man was on a zebra crossing when he was mowed down by a speeding car, with Lithuanian number plates. Upon impact with the windscreen, it shattered + decapitated the man. The man's head ended up inside the car whilst his body landed in the road.

Oops, so it is. I do usually check if it's either Russia or Ukraine. Thanks for letting me know, I've changed it now.
