Rule #1 in a 3rd world country homicide investigation: Go ahead and touch the body. Pose it and take some pics. Charge nickels for the locals to see it. Let all the local little kids gawk at it. Check it's pockets for any useable money or condoms. Take off their shirt and make fun of their tattoos. Give away the victim's flip-flops. If they have a cell-phone, check and see how many minutes they have left, then use them up. Take off any rings or necklaces, and use them to buy pizza for the guys down at headquarters. Give the guy a parking ticket and have his car towed.
