not exactly. the shooter could have easily been spotted by the victim on his long sprint behind and towards the vehicle.

then he just made it in the nick of time as the vehicle was in gear and departing.

I'm surprised he had two hands on the gun for most of the hit. That's pretty rare to see.

The guy showed he has training, he got a power grip on the pistol and was able to hit his moving target from close to 35 yards away, while he was on the move too!
